Description

Buy AutoPure Albumin 200 Reagent from Accurex (Pack Size: 4 X 50ml). Albumin 200 Reagent is used for determination of albumin in human serum and plasma on automated clinical chemistry analyzers. Homocysteine is a ready-to-use, single liquid reagent system & assay is linear upto 6 g/dl (60g/l) but without AutoPure Albumin, the assay is linear upto 6 g/dl (60 g/l). The reagent is stable till the expiry date indicated on the label, when stored at 15 – 25C. Fully automated systems automatically calculate the albumin concentration of each sample. Results in g/l = Results in g/dlx 10 AutoPure Albumin is reagent kit for direct quantitative determination of albumin in human serum and plasma on automated clinical chemistry analyzers. AutoPure Albumin is a ready-to-use, single liquid reagent system. With AutoPure Albumin, the assay is linear upto 6 g/dl (60g/l). With AutoPure Albumin, the assay is linear upto 6 g/dl (60 g/l). Determine samples with higher concentrations via the rerun function. On instruments without rerun function, manually dilute samples with higher concentrations using 0.9% NaCl or distilled/deionized water (e.g 1 + 1). Multiply the result by the appropriate dilution factor (e.g. 2). Serum albumin binds with the indicator bromocresol green (BCG) under acidic conditions to form a green coloured complex. The intensity of the green colour formed is directly proportional to the concentration of albumin in the specimen and is measured photometrically.
