CYTOFlex™ HYPO catalog number 554312 is a hypotonic potassium chloride solution with a 0.075M concentration and pH in the range of 5.8 to 6.5. It comes packaged in convenient 1.4L bags.
This 0.075M hypotonic solution is the most widely used concentration for peripheral blood and bone marrow cultures. Its inorganic salt is stable and easily diluted to a wide variety of concentrations.
