Overview
Echocardiography tables with removable (slide-in) cushion insert designed for cardiac ultrasound examinations. The tabletop includes an echo cutout for transducer access; a slide-in upholstered insert to close the cutout is supplied with each table. Available frame finishes: lacquered, chrome-plated and stainless steel. Available widths: 650 mm and 800 mm. Available heights (no surcharge): 650 mm (standard if not specified), 700 mm, 750 mm and 800 mm.

Features

• Stability and robustness provided by gusset plates in frame corners and cross and longitudinal struts between the table legs and in the upholstered frame.
• Available in two widths:

  • Width 800 mm — Article No.: EKA-1080, EKA-2080, EKA-3080
• Different echo cutout sizes per width:
  • 650 mm width — echo cutout 315 x 250 mm (L x W)
  • 800 mm width — echo cutout 405 x 300 mm (L x W)
• Tubular steel frames in:
  • Lacquered blank steel (EKA-1065 / EKA-1080)
  • Chrome-plated blank steel (EKA-2065 / EKA-2080)
  • Stainless steel (EKA-3065 / EKA-3080)
• Table legs fitted with floor protectors (impact caps).
• Upholstery divided into three segments (headrest, main surface and insert); each segment thickness 64 mm.
• Headrest adjustable continuously up to +40°, locked by a handle with clamping-rod mechanism.

Standard version includes

• Slide-in upholstered insert to close the echo cutout.
• Table legs with floor protectors (impact caps).

Frame colours

• Standard coloured lacquer: light grey (RAL 7035), white aluminium (RAL 9006), pure white (RAL 9010).
• High-quality glossy finish, disinfectant resistant and easy to clean. Other frame colours available as variants (may incur additional costs).

Upholstery

• Synthetic leather covers selected for tear resistance, durability and resistance to disinfectants.
• Typical cover: VOWAled Pisa (Vowalon) selection. Black electrically conductive synthetic leather (MEDISTAT) available as an option (requires equipotential bonding socket on the frame).

Accessories & options (selection)

• Face cutout in headrest (oval) and matching upholstery insert (retrofit not possible).
• Headrest adjustment by gas spring (instead of clamping-rod mechanism) — one-hand operation (retrofit not possible).
• Sets of castors (Ø 75 mm or Ø 125 mm); central locking castor system (Ø 125 mm) with diagonal foot pedals; levelling feet; paper roll holders for widths 650 mm and 800 mm; and many other accessories (edge/impact protection, infusion stands, positioning aids, patient belts, rails, push handles, pivoting/removable side guards, wall deflector rings).

Remarks
The three upholstery segments (headrest, main surface and insert) each have a thickness of 64 mm. If no table height is specified at order, the table is supplied at 650 mm. Specific variants (RAL frame colours, special upholstery, conductive options, accessories) may incur additional costs and are treated as product variants without return rights.
