Product overview
STMA series skid-mounted oil-free scroll medical air compressor systems deliver continuous Class 0 medical-grade air. Manufactured to ISO 13485 and EN 61000, the systems integrate oil-free scroll compressors, optional refrigerated or desiccant dryers, a PLC touchscreen controller and a five-stage air treatment train on a single skid for compact installation in hospitals, clinics and healthcare facilities.

Filtration and control
The skid includes two or more oil-free scroll compressors managed by a PLC touchscreen. The five-stage filtration sequence comprises gas–water separation, particle removal, oil removal, high-precision filtration and sterilization. The skid integrates automatic drain valves, dryer(s), pressure sensors, an air receiver and optional dew point and carbon monoxide (CO) monitors. At least one standby compressor is included for redundancy and uninterrupted supply during maintenance.
