Description

Overview
The dual-line medical gas pressure regulating station is designed for installation at ward floors or operating room gas inlets to reduce and stabilise pipeline pressure, provide local shut-off and enable safe maintenance access. It supports primary and backup supply lines and is compatible with oxygen, medical air, vacuum, N₂O, CO₂, N₂ and other medical gases.

Key features
  • Transparent front viewing window for visual inspection
  • Dual-line architecture: primary (normal) line and backup line
  • High-precision pressure regulators to maintain stable outlet pressure
  • Pressure gauges for inlet and outlet monitoring
  • Front-door safety lock with break-glass emergency access
  • Buffers pipeline pressure to reduce impact on patients and equipment
  • Suitable for oxygen, medical air, vacuum, N₂O, CO₂, N₂ and similar gases

Technical specifications
  • Input pressure range: 8–11 bar
  • General pressure control range: 3–10 bar
  • Dual-line specific outlet control: 3–5 bar
  • Stable outlet pressure ensured by precision regulators
  • Pressure gauges on both inlet and outlet
  • Front panel safety lock with break-glass for emergency access
  • Vacuum suction pump systems and AGSS systems do not require decompression when used with this unit

Applications
  • Local pressure regulation on ward floors and operating room gas inlets
  • Provides local isolation/shut-off for pipeline and equipment maintenance
  • Buffers pressure fluctuations to minimise risk to patients and devices
  • Used where continuous connection of vacuum or AGSS is required without decompression

Available models
  • AM-RS-2500 — Flow: 100 m³/h; Dimensions: 525 mm × 146 mm × 467 mm
  • AM-RS-400 — Flow: 30 m³/h; Dimensions: 659 mm × 126 mm × 240 mm
