SensUS Touch Plus is the only device that enables the objective assessment of childbirth progress, eliminating operator dependence and reducing the possibility of human error. SensUS is based on a unique patented ultrasound technology that a QUS (Quantitative Ultrasound) approach into an advanced hardware/software system. Software system that overcomes the limitations of traditional ultrasound, the results of which depend on the skill of the operator. With simple software-guided non-invasive transperineal ultrasound scans, SensUS enables safe monitoring from the onset of labour until the moment of delivery. Acquired ultrasound images are processed and segmented fully automatically to measure the most important indicators of fetal progression (Fetal Station, Angle of Progression, Angle of Rotation), displaying them through highly intuitive 3D reconstructions accompanied by concise graphs of the indicators' time evolution. In 5 seconds of acquisition plus 20 seconds of fully automatic processing, an accurate and objective assessment of the fetal progression in the birth canal is obtained.
