This retractor is intended for use during open surgical procedures for colorectal straight through anal or transanal. The main application is the resection of tumours located inside the rectum to a depth that can go from 0 to 11 cm. Usually these are little tumours in advanced stages such as T1 and T2 exceptionally. It is also very useful for surgical treatment of other diseases such as anal-rectal fistula can be, polyps, complex cases of haemorrhoids, coloanal anastomosis, surgery for incontinence and so on.
