Oxygen depletion monitors in manifold rooms ensure safety by continuously measuring air oxygen levels. If levels drop below safe limits (typically under 19.5%), alarms alert to potential gas leaks or displacement. Essential for preventing asphyxiation and meeting safety regulations, these monitors are a crucial part of gas storage and usage environments.
Easy installation
The AX60+ is a modular monitoring system, where the central control unit and the alarm are wall-mounted outside the manifold room, and the oxygen sensor is wall-mounted in the manifold room.
Visual indication
The alarm module provides both an audible and visual alert with an LED strobe light, ensuring safety before entering the room.
Multi configurations
The AX60+ central display module can be support up to four gas sensors (O2 and/or CO2) within the confined spaces and up to eight alarms outside the manifold room.
Oxygen sensors
With both high and low alarms, the oxygen sensor offers protection in areas where the level of atmospheric oxygen may be depleted or where high concentrations of oxygen are stored.
Carbon dioxide sensors
The CO2 sensor offers protection for people working in close proximity of high-concentration sources of CO2, with low-level alarms and time-weighted average alarms.
Quick connect cabling
With the AX60+, connecting the modular components is easy with quick connect cabling. Hard wire connections are also available.
Optional data output
Connect the AX60+ output to the building management system using the optional Data Output Module, which uses either 4-20mA current loops or MODBUS RTU communications.
