This kit is suitable for the in vitro qualitative detection of Chlamydia trachomatis, Gonococcus, and other antigens in female cervical secretions and male urethral swabs. Material Provided  25 x Individual sealed pouches; each contains 1 test cassette  1 bottle Sample Treatment Reagent A  1 bottle Sample Treatment Reagent B  25 x Reagent Tube  25× Swabs  1 x Instructions for use TEST PROCEDURE Note: Ensure test kits and specimen are equilibrated to room temperature (15-30°C) before starting the test. 1. Hold the prefilled sample treatment reagent A vertically. Break the tip and squeeze sample treatment reagent A(~0.4ml) into the reagent tube. 2. Immediately place the sampled swab, squeeze the reagent tube and turn the swab 15 times, leave the swab in the reagent tube for 2 minutes. 3. Then break the tip and squeeze sample treatment reagent B(~0.4ml) into the above reagent tube, squeeze the reagent tube and turn the swab 15 times, leave the swab in the reagent tube for 1 minute, then squeeze the swab along the wall of the tube and remove the swab and discard it. 4. Press the nozzle cap tightly onto the tube, 5. Remove the test card from the foil pouch, write the sample number and place it on a horizontal table. 6. Add 3 drops of the treated sample solution to each well of the test card.
