Principle
The CO2 laser emits a 10.6 μm (10600 nm) wavelength that is absorbed by water in tissue. Energy causes controlled vaporization of targeted tissue and delivers thermal effect to adjacent tissue for coagulation and stimulation of tissue remodeling.
