Our modular, injection moulded ABS modules and baskets are scratch-proof, extremely durable and impact resistant due to the carefully selected materials and our stringent quality control throughout the entire production process. The standard ISO external dimensions, i.e. 600 x 400 mm, ensure that the trays can be used in all our storage and transport systems, medical care and medication distribution carts. The closed modules are available in depths of 50 and 100 mm and the open in 100 and 200 mm. Optional dividers are available. These baskets form the main building blocks of the FIFO system. Product characteristics Technical information Ergonomics Hygiene Built-in stop ABS dividers Shape Technical information Our ABS modules and baskets are made from acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), the most economical quality for synthetic, modular storage systems. Ergonomics ABS is an extremely light and durable material. Their lightness makes the baskets easy to use. Hygiene ABS has excellent chemical resistance and high-quality mechanical properties. The material can be cleaned with common cleaning products and disinfectants. Built-in stop To ensure the sturdiness of the stop and to dispense with any extra fitting work, the modules, including the double stop, have been molded in 1 piece. The stops work perfectly in the liners which are used in our modular storage and transport systems. These liners have built-in angles to allow modules to be tipped at 10° to provide a better overview of the contents. ABS dividers The dividers of the baskets click into the open sides and are thus extremely well secured. The dividers of the closed modules slot into grooves.
