LyoFACT™ 2X LAMP Master Mix(DNA&RNA) is designed to increase storage stability by freeze-drying solution-typed PCR Pre-Mix. It is supplied as a ready-to-use, 2X concentrated Pre-Mix which includes an optimized mixture of all the reagents and it can be used by adding template and primers only. LyoFACT™ 2X LAMP Master Mix(DNA&RNA) is designed within Loop-Mediated Isothermal Amplification(LAMP) method which makes it available to verify amplification of DNA/RNA by End Point Detection and Real-Time detection.
