TOP DM is designed with an expanding cone-shaped core of increasing diameter from the apical to the coronal area, thus favouring insertion in areas with low bone volume. Its double pitch thread and neutral apex endure quick, safe insertion and optimal primary stability, making Top DM an ideal option for performing post-extraction surgery and immediate loading. SURFACE Top DM has a moderately rough surface characterized by a regular pattern of macro and micro cavities whose dimensions are optimal to favor the osteoconduction process. This special surface pattern is obtained with the exclusive Bioetch treatment, a double acid etching procedure that, since it doesnt incorporate sandblasting, guarantees a contaminant-free surface. PLACEMENT Top Dm implant is designed to be placed infraosseously, minimizing marginal bone loss and improving the aesthetic result of the restoration. The drilling protocol is extremely simple and fast. The implant can be placed with just two or three drills in most cases. A SINGLE PLATFORM All implant diameters share a single prosthetic platform, so that any prosthetic component is valid for all the implants in the range, regardless of their dimensions.
