A flexible and precise tube and bottle filling system designed for true walk-away operation. The system combines intuitive programmable software with precise XY positioning and a versatile filling platform that accommodates a wide range of laboratory racks and containers.

Any tube, any rack
The filling platform accommodates a wide range of racks, from 96-well formats and typical microbiology racks with tall glass tubes to customized beaker and bottle holders. Tubes and bottles up to 25 cm in height can be filled with ease.

The system provides 2,100 cm² of freely usable surface, offering ample space for a wide variety of applications and rack configurations.

True walk-away filling
The system is designed for fully automated tube and bottle filling without the need for continuous operator supervision. A highly stable filling arm with two side rails ensures reliable position recovery. Precise XY positioning axes and easy manual height adjustment allow accurate positioning for different rack configurations.

An integrated pump covers the standard microbiology filling range, eliminating the need for an additional pump for standard applications.

Intuitive and flexible software
The intuitive programmable software makes setup and operation simple. XY-oriented tube racks can be configured quickly and easily. Rack configurations can be saved in a library and reused whenever needed.

New rack configurations can be programmed using the convenient drag-and-drop rack menu. Integrated laser tracking enables precise rack positioning by checking the first and last tube in the rack.

Easy to calibrate
The system is designed for quick and straightforward calibration, ensuring precise filling results with minimal setup effort.

Easy to clean – ideal for microbiology
A particularly appreciated feature is the stainless-steel surface beneath the tubes. With no rims, gaps, or difficult-to-clean areas, the filling platform is easy to clean and particularly well suited to microbiology applications.
