E-Vac
The E-Vac is a compact and secure laboratory waste system designed for the safe aspiration and collection of critical or hazardous liquids, supernatants, and biological waste. It is particularly suitable for use in biological safety cabinets (BSCs), laminar flow environments, and laboratories handling biohazardous materials.

Safe and reliable waste collection
The E-Vac features a robust stainless-steel housing and a 4-litre autoclavable polypropylene (PP) bottle. The bottle can be autoclaved for 20 minutes at 121°C, helping to prevent laboratory contamination.

A quick-release connector and integrated overfill sensor ensure safe and convenient operation. When the bottle reaches its maximum filling level, the sensor automatically switches off the pump.

Quiet and efficient aspiration
The oil-free membrane pump operates quietly and provides a vacuum range from –250 to 650 mmHg. Once the target vacuum is reached, the pump automatically switches off and restarts when the vacuum decreases.

This allows gentle aspiration of small plates and dishes as well as rapid emptying of larger containers.

Dual protection with hydrophobic filters
Two hydrophobic filters protect the pump and system from liquid contamination by preventing liquids from reaching the pump housing.

Easy level monitoring
The base unit is illuminated by an LED, allowing the waste level in the bottle to be checked quickly and easily.

Robust and easy to clean
The stainless-steel housing is easy to clean and UV-resistant, making the E-Vac suitable for use in laminar flow cabinets and demanding laboratory environments.

The E-Vac bottle is available with a 4-litre PP bottle and lid with either barbed or quick-release connectors for safe and convenient tubing connections.
