The Modular Operation Theatre is the best option for modern hospitals at present. It is clean, low noise, and seamless, providing a safe and clean area for operations. Generally, the MOT categories are as follows: - Class 100: Especially clean for valve replacement, cardiac surgery, organ transplantation, artificial joint replacement, neurosurgery. - Class 1000: Standard cleanliness for ophthalmology, orthopedic surgery, non-systemic burns, orthopedics, general surgery in class I surgery, hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery. - Class 10000: General cleanliness for thoracic surgery, urology, obstetrics and gynecology, otorhinolaryngology, general surgery (excluding class I surgery). - Class 100000: General cleanliness for outpatient, emergency, infection surgery, systemic burns. MOT includes the operating room wall, ceiling, floor, laminar system, ICU/OR pendant, OT, lamp, and fresh air system. We provide the design, equipment, and installation to meet the OR with class 100, 1000, 10000. The MOT structure is designed to accept many air conditioning configurations: chilled water system, DX system, VRF/VRF system, etc. All known air conditioning systems can be installed according to customer demand. The fully featured system comes with an indoor hygienic AHU unit (suspended or floor standing) that includes internal stainless steel cladding, pre-filter, bag filter, HEPA filter, UV light, two VRF coils, electrical heater, high static blower, and sound attenuator. Such an indoor unit can ensure a 100% fresh and clean air system with accurate temperature and humidity control. The outdoor unit can be a high-tech digital type VRF unit which ensures minimum power consumption due to its high coefficient of performance (min.: 4.0). On the other hand, the VRF outdoor unit will provide the customer with a perfect solution to any possible architectural problem related to the outdoor unit's proposed location (VRF outdoor units have the highest allowable copper pipes connection length “up to 160m”). In addition, the air conditioning system includes a heat recovery unit which improves power saving rates by reducing the fresh air cooling load. Air streamlines are studied carefully to prevent unwanted turbulent flow inside the ultraclean area (under the laminar flow cabinet); thus, exhaust air grills are installed on both low and high levels. Supply to exhaust air ratio is calculated separately according to each project variable to create the necessary indoor positive air pressure. - 100% fresh air system. - Temperature and humidity control. - No restrictions on outdoor unit location. - Power Saving system. - Hygienic & environment-friendly system. - Includes mechanical fire dampers and smoke detectors.
