We provide design, equipment, and installation to meet OR standards of class 100, 1000, 10000. - The MOT structure supports various air conditioning configurations: chilled water system, DX system, VRF/VRF system, and all known air conditioning systems can be installed as per customer requirements. - Fully featured system includes indoor hygienic AHU unit (suspended or floor standing) with internal stainless steel cladding, pre filter, bag filter, HEPA filter, UV light, two VRF coils, electrical heater, high static blower, and sound attenuator. - Ensures a 100% fresh and clean air system with precise temperature and humidity control. - The outdoor unit can be a high-tech digital VRF unit ensuring minimal power consumption due to its high coefficient of performance (min.: 4.0). The VRF outdoor unit provides a perfect solution to any architectural challenges related to the outdoor unit's location (VRF outdoor units allow for the longest copper pipe connections “up to 160m”). - The air conditioning system includes a heat recovery unit to enhance power saving by reducing the fresh air cooling load. - Air streamlines are carefully studied to prevent unwanted turbulent flow inside the ultraclean area (under the laminar flow cabinet); thus, exhaust air grills are installed at both low and high levels. - Supply to exhaust air ratio is calculated separately for each project to create the necessary indoor positive air pressure. - 100% fresh air system. - Temperature and humidity control. - No restrictions on outdoor unit location. - Power saving system. - Hygienic & environment-friendly system. - Includes mechanical fire dampers and smoke detectors.
