INTUA CRT-P is a cardiac resynchronization therapy pacemaker (CRT-P) designed to permit electronic repositioning of the left ventricular lead and to provide monitoring of respiration, weight, blood pressure and device diagnostics. The product includes a pulse generator and a torque wrench. Intended uses include biventricular pacing for heart failure and bradycardia pacing including rate-adaptive pacing; refer to the instructions for full indications.

Clinical benefits

• Automatic Daily Monitoring: INTUA supports Automatic Daily Monitoring with the LATITUDE™ NXT Patient Management System to improve clinic workflow and enable earlier arrhythmia detection through remote device checks without patient interaction.
• Electronic Repositioning: Features Electronic Repositioning with 6 pacing vectors to help avoid left ventricular (LV) lead revisions. Published results from the ELECTION study demonstrated that >95% of patients with a Boston Scientific CRT device featuring Electronic Repositioning and a Boston Scientific bipolar lead were free of phrenic nerve stimulation (PNS) at implant and required no re-operations due to PNS at 6-month follow-up.
• HF PERSPECTIV™ System: A suite of diagnostics including Respiratory Rate Trend (RRT) to measure and track respiration; Heart Rate Variability (HRV) footprint; SDANN; Autonomic Balance Monitor; and heart rate trend showing long-term maximum, minimum and average heart rate.
• SmartDelay® AV Delay Optimization: Customizes paced and sensed AV delays with the goal of creating electrical fusion to optimize hemodynamic function.
