All the parts are locked to the microscope.The microscope has anti-bacterial paint on the metal parts and anti-fungus coating on the optical (glass) parts. The microscope offers standard 3 types of electrical use in one microscope: 100~230V connection through the included power cable Recharge automatically while connected to the electrical power. Rechargeable batteries available as an accessory (AA, pack of three). work with standard non-rechargeable batteries.
