Description

This model is the ultimate white light ELISPOT reader, but it is capable of so much more! Enabled by a planar backlight, in addition to the top light, it provides ideal image quality for up to 12-color analysis. Equipped with dedicated software, it excels in double-color (DC) ELISPOT, and multi-color viral, yeast, and bacterial colony counting. This model is high-throughput capable, reading a 96-well plate under one minute, and up to 400 plates per run when equipped with our automated plate loader. It is the industry leader in academic pursuits and in the regulated realm, supporting 21 CFR part 11 compliant workflows. The S6 Entry platform has been widely used for instrument/count harmonization across collaborating laboratories.
