Two-piece, endosseous dental implant Champions (R)Evolution shown in diameter Ø 5.5 mm and length 6.5 mm. Manufactured in Titanium Grade 4 (CP). Available diameters: 3.5 mm, 4.0 mm, 4.5 mm, 5.5 mm. Includes Gingiva-Shuttle.

Indications and clinical use
Suitable for insertion at bone level in the maxilla and mandible. Usable across bone qualities D1–D4. Indicated for late implantation, delayed insertion (6–8 weeks after extraction) and, under appropriate conditions, immediate implantation. Refer to the instructions for use for contraindications and surgical protocol.
