ICA Individual Connection Abutment GH3: titanium bonding base with longitudinal grooves combined with zircon ICA Caps enables dental laboratories to produce cost-efficient individual hybrid abutments. The longitudinal grooves allow precise alignment of the ICA Cap on the model before adjustment and cementation.

ICA-Caps versions

• Straight 0° assemblies with available gingival heights: 1 mm, 3 mm, 5 mm.
• Angled assemblies: 15° and 22° angulations available with gingival heights 3 mm and 5 mm.

Usage and handling
Aligned on the model using the longitudinal grooves (multiple indexing positions); after marking the gingival margin, final contouring is performed on the assembled hybrid (titanium base + ICA Cap) using a water turbine. The ICA Cap is bonded to the titanium base. Final fixation to the implant is carried out with a maximal torque of 30 Ncm.
