Technology & Key Features
Modular platform combining overhead gravimetric dispensing, individually controlled tank reactors and integrated process control to standardize and accelerate polymerization workflows.
  • Individually controlled reactors with precise continuous feeds
  • Reactor volumes: 100 mL, 240 mL, 1,000 mL
  • Throughput: up to 12 / 24 syntheses per run on AUTOPLANT; up to 6 per run on semi-automated MULTIPLANT
  • Exchangeable impellers (anchor, pitched/twisted blade, gas-entrainment)
  • Mixing capability: up to 80 Pa·s at 300 rpm and 30 Pa·s at 900 rpm (anchor stirrer)
  • Multiple continuous liquid, liquefied-gas and gas feeds per reactor
  • Independent temperature and stirring control per reactor (example: >130°C active differential between adjacent reactors)
