Description

Overview
This system is designed for precise, automated one-to-one transfer and dispensing of medium-volume solids and powders. It combines gravimetric accuracy with a closed robotic handling platform to provide traceable, contamination-free transfers from source containers to sample vessels.

Product description
The FLEX POWDER M (YODA) Automatic Gravimetric One-to-One Transfer System integrates a robotic end-effector that engages powder containers fitted with dispensing caps to maintain closed transfers. Optional storage modules support up to 240 source and/or destination containers per unit and include barcode scanning for automated identification and traceability. The integrated weighing module performs real-time gravimetric monitoring and enables automatic dose correction through pro-ratio or compensation dispensing. An ionization module mitigates static charge to ensure consistent powder flow.

Workflow
Example automated workflow (FLEX POWDER M (YODA) — migrated workflow): Load vessel from storage; Read vessel barcode / Label vessel; Open vessel; Load source powder container; Read powder container barcode; Dispense powder (medium volume); Store powder container; Close vessel; Return vessel to storage; Export process and weighing data for audit and analysis.

Benefits
  • Higher throughput and predictable dispensing cycles
  • Real-time gravimetric weighing during dispensing for improved accuracy
  • Pro-ratio and compensation dispensing modes for dose correction
  • Ionization to eliminate static-related handling issues
  • High balance resolution down to 100 μg
  • Wide dispensing range from milligrams to multiple grams
  • Immutable log file storing dispensed amount, time and related metadata for traceability
  • Optional trolley with ventilated hood for operator and product protection
  • Simple data export to Excel and common analysis tools
  • ARKSUITE / AUTOSUITE support for drag & drop experiment design and data handling
  • Interfaces for DOE, ML/AI, LIMS, ELN and ERP systems
