With our Temporary Flexible Cleanrooms, we can build an environment that can guarantee containment and safety in a very short time, responding to production emergencies at risk of contamination. The flexible rooms are spaces equipped with an entry pass box, controlled ventilation, a tubular steel structure, and walls made of 250-micron thick antistatic PU transparent layers. They are very similar to cleanroom but have flexible walls and are suitable for environments from which materials must not escape. We can realize Temporary Flexible Cleanrooms even in extremely confined spaces constrained by doors, pipes, and utilities serving production. Work is carried out around the area of production, considering all the operations of operators and machines. Once designed and approved, Flexible Rooms are pre-assembled and transferred directly into the workspace. In just one day of setup, while the frame comes to life, our containment expert teams secure the flexible parts with special adhesive elements tested in the laboratory. By means of hinged and zipped doors, we can provide secure access for both personnel and materials, creating a sort of pre-chambers. The rooms can be equipped with a range of accessories such as the CPC quick couplings and iris wall loops. Finally, the Flexible Room once used can be sanitized and reused in the same room or for other future needs.
