Our disposable glove bag can be used for reactor charging and sampling operations. The flexible, transparent and solvent-resistant isolator, made of PU or antistatic LDPE, can be connected to the reactor through a valve of your choice from the different options on the market. The choice depends mainly on the customer's needs and the systems they already have in place. CSV Containment works with the main valve products on the market, whether steel split valves or disposable valves. The flexible isolator can be custom-designed according to customer requirements and equipped with sleeves and zips to introduce tools and/or material. Waste management is also easier thanks to the length of the sleeves that allow for multiple separations. For this operation we recommend our Twin Tie® sleeves and corresponding tensioning tools.
