Product Description Dulbecco's Modified Eagle's Medium (DMEM) is a modified Eagle Basal cell medium (BME) containing four times the concentration of amino acids and vitamins.This product is a low-glucose type (1000mg/L) and supports the cultivation of various mammalian cells, including primary fibroblasts, neurons, gliocytes, HUVECs and smooth muscle cells, as well as cell lines such as HeLa, 293, Cos-7 and PC-12. This product is a GMP grade medium without animal-derived components. Therefore, additional culture additives such as fetal bovine serum (FBS) need to be supplemented when culturing cells. Intended Use The medium is produced by aseptic processes and can be used for further manufacturing purposes. This product is not intended for human, diagnostic, or therapeutic use.
