Instant MES Buffer is white to off-white instant granules, and each pack of this product can produce 1 L of 1 × MES Buffer, which is easy to operate and use. The main components of MES are Tris, MES, EDTA and SDS. The concentration of Tris, MES and EDTA in 1×MES Buffer is 50 mM, 50 mM and 1 mM respectively, and the content of SDS is 0.1%. Intended Use Instant MES Buffer is a commonly used protein gel eletrophoresis buffer in biological experiments. It is suitable for general SDS-PAGE protein electrophoresis, especially SDS-PAGE gel for the Bis-Tris system. It is matched with Bis-Tris protein gel and suitable for electrophoresis of small to medium molecular weight proteins.
