Tetra PRO GYN is a CO2 laser system designed for gynecological and intimate health procedures. It integrates exclusive Pulse Shape Design (PSD) technology, including the D‑Pulse mode, to treat vulvo‑vaginal conditions such as vulvovaginal atrophy and to support functional and aesthetic genital procedures. The system is indicated for use in menopausal women, breast cancer survivors and hysterectomized patients and is configured to perform the MonaLisa Touch® protocol.

Mechanism of action
The CO2 source emits controlled energy through the selected probe. The D‑Pulse targets both superficial and deeper layers of the mucosa to increase microcirculation, stimulate collagen remodelling, restore mucosal elasticity and improve hydration and sensitivity of the vulvo‑vaginal tissues.

Pulse Shape Design (PSD)
PSD technology offers selectable impulse modalities—S‑Pulse, D‑Pulse, H‑Pulse, U‑Pulse and CW—to control vaporisation depth and thermal effect. Different modalities provide graduated ablation and stimulation profiles to meet diverse clinical objectives. D‑Pulse is specifically optimised for the MonaLisa Touch® treatment to maximise clinical effect while minimising adverse thermal impact.
