DG VL series industrial vacuum cleaners are resistant and powerful, ideal for sucking up large mixed quantities of solid and liquid material in continuous applications or installed on centralised extraction systems. The powerful side channel blower generates high levels of vacuum, making these vacuum cleaners suitable for extracting any type of material. The large surface polyester filter (different classes of filter available for specific applications) and practical built-in Selfclean system (activated by a compressor installed on the machine) guarantee a long working life. The ease with which it can be picked up by a standard forklift ensures simple and safe handling even when the container is full. DG VL vacuum cleaners are also available in an Atex certified version. DG VL SE series industrial vacuum cleaners have a blower with two impellers connected in series, capable of producing extremely high vacuum levels that are powerful enough to suck up materials with a high specific gravity. DG VL PN industrial vacuum cleaners are ideal for sucking up dry dust, which in normal working conditions can clog the filter, impairing or eliminating suction capacity (ideal for dust from building work, cement factories, surface treatments). The DG VL PN is equipped with high surface area filter cartridges that are automatically and systematically cleaned by a reverse pulse filter cleaning system, thereby enabling the operator to keep the vacuum cleaner on continuous cycle until the container is completely full.
