The “TFM2” thermoforming unit has a compact design, a sturdy structure, and is easy to use. An internal piston pump produces the vacuum in which the thermoplastic discs are processed. Comes with a flat bottom plate and a process chamber with granules, allows forming a variety of different models. Works with original Brega 135 mm diameter discs or 125x125 mm square discs. Can also use 125 mm diameter discs. An electronic board controls the heating time and beeps when the disc is ready for forming. A sturdy steel base supports the heater and the disc-holding plate, which swivels on ball bushings. Main features Heating from above with armoured resistor. Fast-locking ring for securing disc. Turns on ball bearings. Electronic time control.
