The PB 526 is a scissor-lift care bed designed for long-term care facilities and nursing environments. It offers multiple width and length options and a choice of finishes adapted to clinical and residential interiors.

Electric scissor-lift bed with beech-coloured wooden elements and powder-coated metal components. Plastic end caps on the side rails reduce gap-related pinch hazards. Telescopic side rails can be lowered and nested to facilitate patient transfer and bed entry/exit.
The 4-section mattress platform is adjustable with two independent motors; the foot section has two ratchet-assisted positions. Standard platform uses wooden sprung slats with a depth-adjuster: 90 × 200 cm. A metal mesh platform is available as an option. Longer lengths (up to 220 cm) and wider widths (up to 140 cm) can be ordered; widths over 100 cm are recommended with a metal mesh for added stability. Optional extras available for surcharge (examples: DBFK, side rails, central braking system).
The product is delivered on a pallet in cardboard packaging and can be assembled by one person. All electronic components meet current safety standards. The 4-section platform is electrically adjustable between the lower and upper limits stated in the technical parameters. Each adjustment is operated via a splash-proof handset; individual functions can be locked. The assistance pole supports up to 80 kg and has an inner core barrel for increased stability. PB 526 conforms to EU Directive 93/42/EEC and carries the CE mark.
