Overview
Developed by EMSAŞ, the EMI 100 is a serum warming cabinet designed for controlled heating of serums and medical fluids. It provides precise temperature regulation and homogeneous fan-assisted distribution for clinical environments, with data logging and alarm functions to support safety and traceability.

Suitable for hospitals, laboratories, clinics and medical centres. Part of the EMI series available in multiple internal volumes (EMI 80, EMI 100, EMI 150, EMIX 250, EMI 350, EMI 500) to match facility needs. User-friendly interface and configurable alarms make it suitable for routine clinical workflows.

Main Features

• Operational range: typically used for warming between +30°C and +80°C; electronic control supports +20°C to +80°C.
• Microprocessor digital control with 0.1°C thermostat resolution and password protection.
• Homogeneous heat distribution via reinforced fan system (fan-blown heating/cooling).
• Filtered air circulation to reduce external contamination; interior LED lighting for hygiene and low energy use.
• Double-glazed, lockable door; overtemperature protection (electronic to 80°C, mechanical to 90°C).

Notes on Operation
Supply: 195–230 V / 50 Hz. Thermostat and sensor settings can be calibrated to external sensors via the electronic control board. In double-cabinet versions, each cabin temperature is independently adjustable.
