Our CRM 001 non-magnetic trolleys are designed for the transport and distribution of medicines, dressings, instruments and various materials in all areas of the MR environment. CRM 001 trolleys are strictly made of non-metallic, non-magnetic, non-conductive materials. For this reason, they are fully compliant with the requirements set by the EN 62570:2016 harmonized standard practice for MR SAFE marking FRAME The frame is entirely made of the best furniture grade PVC. The addition of titanium dioxide in the pvc compound results in a better appearance by giving it a UV-stable, glossy-white finish; it also enhances mechanical resistance and provides specific antibacterial properties. Components are chemically welded together using a PVC-base glue, so that the frame behaves like a single part, solid, rigid and sturdy. CRM 001 is not subject to rust, scratches or dents. DRAWERS The drawer unit, entirely in plastic, is equipped with 4 (2 x 7 liters and 2 x 14 liters) transparent drawers with ergonomic opening and a stop system to prevent the drawers from falling. Depending on the size, each drawer has a load capacity of 15 to 20 kg. Shelf The upper shelf is made of radiolucent HPL and is removable for easy sanitization. It has a capacity of 25 kg. CASTORS The trolley is equipped with 4 large diameter swivel castors in synthetic material, 2 with total lock brake.
