The ORION Z generator produces a continuous flow of hydrocarbon-free air for FID, NPD, FPD, THA, TOC applications, directly where needed, avoiding any waste. The operation of the ORION Z generator is to remove the hydrocarbons present through a heated catalytic reactor, the air produced is then chilled through a coil to reach the instrument at the right temperature. The ORION Z generator can be hung on a wall in close proximity to the analysis instrument, taking up minimal space and not getting in the way of the operator’s work.
