Description

MARS BOX generators use PEM technology (membrane a proton exchange) to produce ultra-pure hydrogen under pressure desired without the need to resort to external purification or compression systems. Powered simply by current electric and double distilled water, MARS BOX generators are ideal for any laboratory application: as carrier gas for GC-FID / GCNPD / GC-TCD, as reagent gas for GC-ELCD / GCHALL, as reaction gas for ICP-MS, MPVCD. Furthermore, the very high purity of the hydrogen produced by MARS BOX generators, >99,9999%, makes it ideal for storage in cylinders with metal hydrides for use with fuel cells. The special box allows installation in any type of environment and allows maximum space optimization. With flow rates from 1200 to 3600 mL/minute, MARS BOX generators are able to meet the gas needs of any type of laboratory, in any case ErreDue is able to create tailor-made products to ensure maximum flexibility. MARS BOX generators are equipped with a touchscreen display with real-time display of the delivered pressure, self-diagnostics with alarms detecting hydrogen leaks, water level and Ethernet – Modbus TCP / IP connection. The outlet gas pressure can be electronically adjusted up to 10 bar via the touchscreen display (15 bar optional in the version D). MARS BOX generators are designed for parallel connection without the need for additional components. The “D” version of the MARS BOX hydrogen generators is equipped with a TSA type self-regenerating dryer that does not require maintenance
