LUPLAPO25XS Multi-Immersion Silicone Gel Pad Objective
The LUPLAPO25XS is a 25X, NA 0.85 multi-immersion objective designed for deep imaging of organoids, 3D cell cultures, and multi-well plates. It supports water, silicone oil, and silicone gel pad immersion, offering up to 2 mm working distance (1 mm with gel pad) and a 26.5 mm field number.
The silicone gel pad matches the refractive index of living tissue, enabling deeper signal penetration and more accurate 3D morphology imaging without liquid immersion. The gel pad moves with the objective, simplifies well plate navigation, eliminates reapplication steps, and provides stable conditions for time-lapse experiments.
