PathScan® Touch is a digital slide scanning solution which is an alternative to desktop slides scanners. By using a combination of a microscope, a camera and an image processing software it offers the flexibility to use a microscope and a manual slides scanner and takes advantage of the optical qualities of the microscope to generate virtual slides whose quality is comparable or even better than this of virtual slides coming from whole slides scanners. n a simple and friendly way PathScan® Touch allows to acquire virtual images in real time when the operator is navigating within the slide put on the stage of the microscope.
