Overview
EyeLogic Lite is a compact and portable screen-based eye tracker developed in Germany for scientific research and professional behavioural studies. Available in 60 Hz and 120 Hz configurations, it provides binocular, non-invasive video-based eye tracking using the dark-pupil pupil–corneal reflection method.
Designed for flexible use with a PC or laptop, EyeLogic Lite combines research-grade measurement performance with straightforward setup and reliable operation. Its compact design makes it suitable for studying visual attention, reading, usability, cognition, and human behaviour in both laboratory and real-world research environments.
Key Features
- Binocular screen-based eye tracking at 60 Hz or 120 Hz
- Compact and portable design for flexible experimental setups
- Dark-pupil pupil–corneal reflection tracking
- Research-grade accuracy and precision
- Reliable measurement of gaze behaviour, fixations, pupil data, and saccades
- Stable, low-latency real-time data streaming
- Guided setup and calibration for efficient preparation
- Simple and dependable USB 3.0 connectivity
- Operation with the researcher’s own PC, laptop, and display
- Reliable data acquisition in laboratory and real-world environments
- Integration through the EyeLogic SDK, InsightLab, Lab Streaming Layer, and supported third-party experiment software
- Optional compatibility with selected SMI software environments and workflows
Optional Companion Software: InsightLab
InsightLab supports the complete experimental workflow, from stimulus presentation and data recording to visualization, analysis, and export.
The software provides qualitative and quantitative analysis tools, including fixation and saccade analysis, Areas of Interest, heat maps, scan paths, and synchronized screen recordings. Recordings can be filtered, grouped, and compared at the level of individual participants, selected subgroups, or complete datasets.
Flexible export options provide access to raw and processed data for further statistical analysis and reporting in external software environments.
