Description

The Airex Balance Pad is a perfect therapy and training tool made of the famously soft Airex foam material. With its smooth surface, this pad is ideal for barefoot balance training beginners. At 2.5" thick, the Balance Pad provides desirable destabilizing characteristics that constantly challenge the body to maintain balance and stabilize joints. Exercises performed on the Balance Pad engage a greater number of deeper muscles than exercises done without it, purposefully improving both conditional and coordinative abilities such as strength, endurance, differentiation, and balance. The soft, cushiony material absorbs impact during exercise. This versatile pad is perfect for physical therapy, rehabilitation, yoga, Pilates, and general fitness training. Made from durable closed-cell foam with an "integrally molded skin," the Balance Pad is waterproof (it floats), making it excellent for water therapy applications. The latex-free materials meet CPSIA, REACH, and CA65 standards. Sized at 16" x 20", this pad is convenient for workouts and seated comfort. Care is simple: rinse with fresh water after use, shake off excess water, and allow to air dry. To maintain integrity, never store damp pads in lockers or stack them in confined spaces. Dimensions: 20" x 2.25" x 16" Weight: 5.0 lbs
