Structure and refrigeration
Single-shell structure in white plastified non-toxic steel, internal/external, with optional internal finish in AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel. Rounded corners and a tank-style bottom. Four one-way rollers included for easy handling and two front adjustable feet for stability. Insulation in injected polyurethane foam at very high density (43 kg/m3) without CFCs using ecological water-based injection. Insulation thickness: 70 mm (back) / 50 mm (sides). Refrigeration type: professional forced-air ventilation. Defrost: automatic adaptive with evaporation of condensate.

Door and opening
Blind door with full-length recessed anodized aluminium handle, magnetic gasket on four sides for optimal sealing, automatic return spring closing and 90° door stay. Reversible door opening direction.

Temperature display and setting with 0.1°C resolution, accuracy +/- 0.3°C. 16-character backlit alphanumeric LCD, configurable in 5 languages. 4-key membrane keypad. Backup battery for power-failure alarm up to 48 hours, min/max temperature memory, 16-event log and a clean contact on the electronic board for remote alarms. Configurable display modes and password protection for set-points and critical operations.
