Structure and functionality
Reinforced, shaped structure entirely made of AISI 304 stainless steel. Worktop with perimeter rim inclined to contain liquids, without sharp edges and with slopes for easy drainage of water toward the drain. Central stainless steel frame suitably reinforced to bear the load, equipped with removable panels to allow access to internal water and electrical connections and, if provided, to the suction unit and filtration systems. All electrical connections and provisions are protected with a minimum insulation rating of IP54; for external and more exposed connections the insulation rating is IP65. Fixed CEE plug socket mounted on the wall is provided.

Operating top
Equipped with 5 removable perforated shelves on the upper part that allow support of the body, drainage of liquids and extraction of exhaust air directly from the top.
