Use and indications
Digital sequential system designed to prevent Deep Vein Thrombosis by applying a programmed distal-to-proximal compression cycle. The device displays preset functions, current operating pressure, programmed treatment time and remaining time. Manual mode and operator deactivation available. Compression phase timing and pressure levels are programmable. Alarms are programmable (audible and automatic shutoff) for unexpected pressure deviations.

Additional description
The system comprises a pump generating a constant-flow pressure wave with an operating cycle of 120 seconds (default: 40 s compression — programmable — and 80 s decompression/rest). Pressure is distributed into two pneumodistensive chambers: an under-foot chamber to simulate the foot pump and a calf chamber to reproduce muscle contraction during walking. Optional terminals include a two-section under-foot shoe when calf application is not feasible, and a two-section calf band that leaves the foot free — practical in the operating theatre. D.A.S.C. (Distribution by Communicating Sectors) ensures uniform chamber inflation and adaptation to limb geometry, reducing the risk of stagnation or reverse flow. MEDICAL CE MARK.

Therapeutic actions
  • Reduces venous stasis
  • Increases venous velocity
  • Increases venous flow
  • Limits venous dilation
  • Reactivates lymphatic flow
  • Promotes reabsorption of lymphatic edema
  • Stimulates local fibrinolytic activity
  • Supports venous wall integrity

Technical features
  • Sequential pressotherapy with distal-to-proximal pressure gradient
  • Portable professional system with two sequential outputs (treats one or two limbs simultaneously)
  • Backlit digital display for pressure values, programmed and remaining time, and alarm thresholds
  • Pressure graph and programmable functions
  • High-pressure alarms (audible + automatic shutdown)
  • Low-pressure alarms (audible for disconnection or loss of pressure)
  • Electronic adjustment of treatment time (automatic and manual)
  • Pressure range: 0–80 mmHg on one or two terminals simultaneously
  • Operating cycle: 120 s (programmable compression phase; default 40 s / 80 s)
  • D.A.S.C. system for uniform pressure distribution
  • Terminals for lower limb: single- and multi-therapy knee-high garments and under-foot options
  • Individual replacement of internal pneumatic bags possible
  • Medical CE mark

Technical specifications
