Description

The MG series magnet drive gear pumps are compact precision performance pumps for high technology applications. The MG300 series is designed to provide an accurate and uniform delivery regardless of the fluid temperature. The seal-less design with the magnetic transmission of the rotation is guarantee of a leak proof product. Static seals are available in EPDM, NBR, PTFE™, Silicon or Viton in order to guarantee the highest chemical compatibility with a wide range of fluids. The housing of the gear pump and the internal metal parts are in AISI 316 L stainless steel while gears and bushings are in PEEK™ or PTFE™. Other materials, as well as a range of driving magnets are available. NSF certified gear pumps for potable water or fluids for human consumption are also available. In operation the MG300 series pumps are noiseless, pulsation-free and capable of handling relatively high temperature liquids up to 120 °C (248°F) with a low coefficient of expansion. The pump is capable of a flow range from 20 to 250 l/h (5 to 66 GPH) and pressure to 15 bar (218 psi). FEATURES Self priming Compact dimensions Flow directly proportional to speed Quiet operation Wide range of materials for chemical compatibility Pulsation free flow Long service life NSF listed
