Overview
The Samba is a clinically oriented postural support chair designed for a wide range of presentations from mild to complex. It prioritises pelvic positioning with an adjustable 4-point pelvic strap to promote an anterior pelvis tilt and reduce sacral sitting. The chair is configurable to provide variable levels of support according to clinical need.

Postural support options

• Adjustable 4-point pelvic strap to stabilise pelvic position
• Soft cross harness for enhanced postural control; supports shoulder stabilisation and spinal alignment; compatible with the pelvic strap
• Contoured seat and backrest with removable/addable foam inserts to customise mid-line support without fixed laterals
• Optional laterals, headrests (Rumba or Samba style), pommel/separator, contour wedges and other accessories to tailor support

Tilt, transfer and height adjustment
The Samba offers a tilt-in-space function operated by safety catch and lever to enable controlled transfers. Seat height range is 310 mm–605 mm (295 mm range), suitable for multi-height environments. An optional electric hi-lo base is available for powered height adjustment and increased user weight capacity.
