Modules
UNICORN™ 7 control software has four main modules: Administration, System Control, Method Editor and Evaluation. The Administration module is used to set up a system, add additional components, create/manage users of the database and perform database backup functions.
System Control is used for viewing and interacting with active runs, engaging with the interactive process picture (if available), and for manual runs. The Method Editor is used to create methods (recipes) for your system, using predefined templates and phases or a text editor. The Evaluation module is used to view result files and perform analysis on the results.
Methods and results are stored in a SQL database. You can install UNICORN™ software on individual computers or on a network to share methods and data between all users and systems.
