Comprehensive genomic profiling for B Cell and T Cell lymphoma
Lymph™ analyses mutations and selected translocations in 121 key genes in B cell lymphoma and 103 key genes in T cell lymphoma by targeted DNA-sequencing (Lymph™–B/T D), or in combination with whole transcriptome mRNA sequencing (Lymph™–B/T DR) to detect a broader range of gene translocations and expression changes.
