Comprehensive genetic profiling for acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL)
ALLeuDR™ analyses mutations and selected translocations of 66 key genes in ALL by targeted DNA sequencing in combination with whole transcriptome mRNA sequencing to detect various ALL-related gene fusions, including all BCR~ABL1 fusions and other common fusions in Ph-like ALL. This process assists with disease diagnosis and classification. It also assesses genetic predisposition to hereditary leukemia.
