Description

With the widespread application of the laparoscopic technology, the complications attacking of the abdominal puncture has been increasing, such as puncture hole hemorrhage, hernia, puncture hole not-well-healed, etc. Among those complications, some ones have serious connections with the closure of the puncture hole, like hemorrhage and hernia. To prevent the puncture hole hemorrhage and hernia, usually the following procedures are taken to close the puncture hole. With the endoscope a normal medium curved vascular clamp is used to lift the fascia peritoneum and a round leading needle with line is used for closing. As the cut is relatively small and/or the parietal wall is relatively thick and the internal organs are surging up the cut, it is difficult to see the peritoneum and tunica vaginalis, especially for obese patients. After extensive communications with the surgeons, our research staff have carried on the independent innovations to design a device that can be standardized produced for closing the laparoscopic surgery puncture hole with the advanced ideas both at home and abroad. The device is well designed with smart structure, accurate and easy to use with causing little trauma. With the endoscope monitoring it can suture the parietal wall fast and accurately to reduce hemorrhage and to prevent the hernia. It is believed that the use of the device can assist the laparoscopic surgery effectively. The product consists of two parts, one called the fascial closure system and the other one called the leading needle. Insert the Fascial Closure System through the port, spread then lock the wings, load one end of the No.0 suture.
