The New Coronavirus COVID-19 IgG ELISA Assay kit is used to qualitatively detect the new coronavirus COVID-19 IgG in human serum samples. It is mainly used for auxiliary judgment and dynamic monitoring of new coronaviruses,and cannot be used as the basis for the diagnosis of new coronaviruses. Product Features 1. Specifications: High sensitivity and specificity. 2. Sample Type: Human serum. 4. For professional in vitro diagnostic use only. Assay Procedure of New Coronavirus COVID-19 IgG ELISA Assay Kit 1. Prepare all reagents before starting assay procedure. 2. Separately add Positive control and Negative control 100ul to the Positive and Negative well. Add testing sample 20ul then add sample diluent 80ul to testing sample well. 3. Add 100ul of HRP-conjugate reagent to each well, cover with an adhesive strip and incubate for 60 minutes at 37°c. 4. Aspirate each well and wash, repeating the process four times , after the last wash, remove any remaining Wash Solution by aspiraing or decanting. 5. Add chromogen solution A 50ul and chromogen solution B 50 ul to each well keep in dark place for 15 minutes at 37°c. 6. Add 50 ul Stop Solution to each well. 7. Read the Optical O.D at 450nm using a microplate reader within 15 minutes.
